Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clothes Box mobile app, related AI features, and these legal pages (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is operated by Zebang Li under the Loomic brand ("I", "me", or "my"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Use

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate account information and to use only sign-in credentials you are authorized to use.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials.

2. The Service

Clothes Box is a digital wardrobe app that helps you organize clothing, save outfits, track wear history, and use AI-powered features such as clothing categorization, background removal, beautify, virtual try-on, and AI styling assistance.

The Service may change over time. I may add, remove, suspend, or modify features at any time.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos, prompts, notes, outfit information, and other content you submit to Clothes Box ("Your Content").

By using the Service, you grant me a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the Service.

You represent that:

  • you own Your Content or have the rights needed to use it with the Service;
  • Your Content does not infringe or violate the rights of any person or entity; and
  • you will not upload unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful material through the Service.

4. AI Features

Clothes Box includes AI-generated outputs, including tags, descriptions, style advice, edited images, and try-on results. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, unrealistic, or otherwise unsuitable for your needs.

You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them. The Service is for lifestyle and wardrobe assistance only and is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Credits

  • Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, including AI credits or premium plans.
  • In-app purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. RevenueCat is used to help synchronize purchase status and entitlements inside the app.
  • Pricing, billing periods, trial availability, included credits, and feature access may change.
  • Refunds, cancellations, and subscription management are handled under Apple's applicable rules and your App Store account settings, except where additional rights are required by law.
  • Credits have no cash value and are not transferable unless required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service in violation of any law or regulation;
  • attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
  • reverse engineer, probe, or bypass technical protections for the Service;
  • use the Service to exploit, harass, impersonate, or harm others; or
  • use automated means to scrape or abuse the Service without permission.

7. Suspension and Termination

I may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if I believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or others, or if continued operation is no longer practical.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions on ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and associated intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to me and is protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

I do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to use the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD $50.

11. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. If you continue using the Service after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
