Clothes Box Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Clothes Box collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Clothes Box mobile app, related AI features, and this website page (collectively, the "Service").
Clothes Box is operated by Zebang Li under the Loomic brand ("I", "me", or "my"). If you have questions, you can reach me at founder@loomic.cc.
1. Information We Collect
Account and identity information
When you sign in, I receive information needed to create and maintain your account. This may include your name, email address, sign-in provider, provider user identifier, and your Clothes Box user identifier. Sign-in is currently handled through Apple, Google, and Supabase Auth.
Wardrobe data and user content
Clothes Box lets you create a digital wardrobe. Depending on how you use the app, this may include clothing photos, outfit photos, OOTD photos, notes, tags, clothing metadata, saved outfits, and feedback you submit inside the app.
Most wardrobe records are stored locally on your device. I receive copies of images or related metadata only when you choose features that require server processing, such as AI categorization, background removal, beautify, AI stylist, virtual try-on, billing, account authentication, or support.
AI feature inputs
If you use AI features, I may process the specific inputs needed for that request. For example:
- Clothing categorization sends the selected clothing image for tagging.
- Background removal and beautify send the selected clothing image for processing.
- Virtual try-on sends your selected person photo and garment image.
- AI stylist sends your prompt, any attached images, and a summary of relevant closet items and saved outfits so the assistant can respond.
Purchase and entitlement information
If you make an in-app purchase, Apple processes the payment. I receive subscription, entitlement, and purchase-status information needed to unlock features, restore purchases, manage credits, and prevent fraud. RevenueCat is used to manage in-app purchase catalog and entitlement synchronization.
Technical and operational data
I may receive technical information such as app version, device and platform details, request identifiers, workflow identifiers, session identifiers, timestamps, error details, and basic log data needed to operate, secure, and debug the Service.
If you visit loomic.cc, the site host may receive standard request data needed to serve the page, and I may receive website analytics in aggregated form through Vercel Analytics.
2. How I Use Information
I use information to:
- provide, maintain, and secure Clothes Box;
- authenticate your account and keep you signed in;
- process AI requests you choose to run;
- enable purchases, subscriptions, credits, and purchase restoration;
- respond to support requests and communicate with you;
- monitor reliability, debug failures, and prevent misuse; and
- improve the Service.
3. How Information Is Shared
I do not sell your personal information. I share information only as needed to operate the Service, comply with law, or protect the Service and its users.
Service providers currently used for Clothes Box include:
- Supabase, for authentication and related account infrastructure;
- Apple and Google, for sign-in and, where applicable, payment processing;
- RevenueCat, for purchase catalog, entitlement syncing, and purchase restoration;
- Google AI services, for clothing categorization and virtual try-on generation;
- Fal, for background removal processing;
- Vercel, for website hosting and website analytics; and
- Braintrust, only if enabled in the backend environment, for AI request tracing and AI feedback observability.
These providers may process the information necessary for the function they perform on my behalf.
4. Data Retention
Local wardrobe data generally remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app. Server-side account, billing, support, and operational records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
AI providers and infrastructure providers may retain submitted data according to their own retention and security practices when they process requests for the Service.
5. Your Choices
- You can choose whether to sign in and which supported sign-in provider to use.
- You can control camera and photo-library permissions in your device settings.
- You can sign out of the app at any time.
- You can request access to or deletion of server-side personal data by emailing founder@loomic.cc.
Because Clothes Box currently stores most wardrobe records locally on your device, deleting the app or clearing local data may remove that local content from your device without also deleting any server-side records associated with authentication, billing, support, or past AI requests.
6. International Processing
The Service and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
7. Children's Privacy
Clothes Box is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Security
I use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
